Sleep HEALS ALL
Why HEAL Through Sleep Therapy?
Sleep is more than just closing your eyes – it’s the gateway to HEALING, CLARITY, and BALANCE. We’ve been conditioned to believe that sleep should take a back seat to the hustle. But the TRUTH is, EXHAUSTION steals more from you than SLEEP ever will! As a retired licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience in the healing modalities, I’ve seen firsthand how sleep deprivation robs the body and mind of so much.
Healing Through Sleep Therapy was born from my deep knowledge, understanding, and hands-on work with the body. Touch showed me just how sleep-deprived everyone was. And I realized that no amount of pressure could release the tension that being sleep-deprived had built up. And so, I decided to approach it another way. I was shown that SLEEP is TRULY the ONLY way to heal. It is the medication for all dis-eases and dis-order.

Being a single mom, exhaustion was so familiar to me. I knew I wasn’t sleeping well (because mom sleep is REAL). Light sleeping, not really getting into those deep realms of sleep, was my conditioning. Like so many others, I lived in a cycle of stress, tension and restless nights – never realizing that sleep was more than closing my eyes, it was the foundation of true healing.
Becoming a licensed massage therapist opened another level to understanding the importance of resting not just the body, but the mind too. I spent years helping others release pain and tension. And no matter how much relief they found on my table, their pain always returned. The missing piece? Their sleep was broken. Poor sleep was robbing them of deep restoration, keeping their nervous systems in a constant state of stress. That realization changed everything for me. So I started asking deeper questions. In school, we were taught to understand the kinesiology of the body (how it moved). But, I realized that the key to healing it wasn’t in its movement, but in its stillness. What if sleep, when done right, was the missing piece to helping my client truly alleviate pain (both chronic and acute).
This question led me down a path of research, study, and personal transformation. I discovered that sleep wasn’t just about closing your eyes—it was about aligning with your body’s natural rhythms, releasing stored trauma, and allowing deep healing to take place.
Healing Through Sleep Therapy was born from a deep realization. Getting sleep no only signals the end of the day, but the beginning of healing. It became my mission to teach others what I had learned—to help them break free from restless nights, chronic pain, and mental fog. Sleep is a gateway to healing, and through my years of experience in bodywork and holistic wellness, I’ve developed a powerful approach to help you get to your TRUE SELF.
If you’re ready to stop fighting against exhaustion, join the resistance and start embracing the deep, RESTFUL sleep your body craves, you’re in the right place. Healing begins when you allow yourself to rest—truly rest. Let’s take this journey together.
MY APPROACH
We take a full-body approach to sleep therapy, blending my background in neuromuscular massage, holistic healing, and herbalism. Sleep isn’t something you can “fix” overnight—it’s a process of aligning your body, mind, and environment for sustainable, deep rest. Over the years, I’ve discovered that truly restful sleep comes through mastering four key gateways:

Time
Aligning your body's natural rhythms with a consistent sleep schedule—helping you fall asleep, wake up truly RESTED, and giving your body the full 8 hours it needs to rest and heal.

Posture
We optimize your sleep posture and spinal alignment to prevent pain and promote deep relaxation—using my expertise in posture correction to help you find the best support for restful sleep.

Environment
You deserve a SLEEP SANCTUARY! I help you transform your sleep space. From optimizing your mattress and pillow to decluttering, and adjusting the energy to create a peaceful environment.

Clear Mind
Overthinking and stress are the biggest culprits of sleepless nights. I use meditation and breath work to help you quiet your mind, release tension, and ease into sleep naturally.
By working through these 4 Gateways, you’ll unlock the kind of deep, healing sleep that restores your body, clears your mind, and transforms your well-being.
